Clinton Cameo Studios

Located in the heart of Times Square at 307 West 43rd Street, Clinton Cameo Studios has two 990 square foot rehearsal studios with sprung floors. They are available to not-for-profit arts groups at affordable rates for events, rehearsals, performances, workshops and the like.

Cameo Studios is temporarily closed for the winter season.

The Gallery at McNulty

CHDC is working on developing a new cultural hub located on West 52nd Street between 10th and 11th Avenues: McNulty. The 10-story community facility will include multiple studio, performance and rehearsal spaces. Currently, The Gallery is available for rental.

Hartley House

Located at 413 West 46th Street and comprised of (4) four-story rowhouses built in the 1840s, Hartley House has several unique spaces to rent: a theater, courtyard, parlor dining room and two smaller rooms.

Community Event Spaces

Many of CHDC's buildings have beautiful community spaces with kitchens, courtyards and roof gardens used to host events for tenants. They are available for public rental for a variety of uses and events.
